What type of lubricant is OSKE Aqua?

OSKE Aqua is a premium water-based intimate lubricant designed for comfortable glide and everyday intimacy. It washes off easily and leaves no residue.

Is OSKE Aqua suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are dermatologically tested and developed to be gentle and pH-balanced for intimate areas. If you have a known sensitivity, we recommend patch-testing on your inner arm before first use.

Are your products safe to use with latex condoms and sex toys?

Yes. As a water-based formula, OSKE Aqua is latex-friendly and compatible with silicone, metal, and most toy materials.

Do OSKE products contain any fragrances, parabens, or harsh ingredients?

We avoid ingredients known to cause irritation. No added fragrances, parabens, colourants or sulfates. Only clean, high-quality essentials.

Is there a sticky residue or drying feeling?

No. OSKE Aqua is formulated for a silky, non-sticky glide and long-lasting hydration.

Does the packaging protect against contamination?

Yes. Our bottle is designed with a sealed pump to reduce exposure to air and help keep your product fresh and hygienic.

Can I use the product while trying to conceive?

OSKE Aqua is water-based and does not contain spermicides. However, if you are actively trying to conceive or undergoing fertility treatment, please consult your healthcare professional.

Is OSKE vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All OSKE products are fully vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.

How do I use OSKE Aqua?

Yes. OSKE Aqua is designed to provide everyday comfort. If dryness persists, speak with a healthcare provider.

What should I do if I experience irritation?

Discontinue use and rinse with water. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.

How should the product be stored?

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap sealed between uses.

Do you ship discreetly?

 Absolutely. All OSKE orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within South Africa, with plans to expand soon.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking once shipped.

What is your returns policy?

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will put it right.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. All OSKE packaging is fully recyclable. Please recycle the bottle and box once the product is finished.
